Every computer needs regular maintenance to keep it running at its best. Over time unused files build up on your hard drive, adding and removing software leaves behind a build up of these files on your hard drive. These factors reduce the efficiency of your computer and you do not get the performance you would expect.
The PC Health Check includes;
Install Windows updates and security patches.
Full virus and spyware scan and clean.
DATA BACKUP £30.00
With your home computer containing data like your family photographs, personal finances, work files, appointments and more, losing your data can be a frightening prospect.
For this service you simply tell me which files, photos, videos and music you want backed up, I will then back up the desired files to CD or DVD
DATA CLEANSE £40.00
If you wish to dispose of your old computer at a local Council recycling centre or sell it, I strongly suggest (I can't emphasize this enough) that you destroy the data on your hard drive. Dragging your files, folders and everything else to the waste basket DOES NOT DELETE IT.
An understanding of where a recycled computer can potentially end up and how easy it is to access data really does drive home the IMPORTANCE OF DATA DESTRUCTION.
The data cleanse remove all data including the operating system from your PC.
OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALL £40.00
We can install or upgrade your computer with the latest operating system, providing it meets the minimum required specification. If you are opting for a full operating system install then you will lose any data that is stored on the PC. It is recommended that you backup any critical information before proceeding or take advantage of our Data Backup service and we’ll do it for you (The data backup service is charged separately).
If your PC is too old, this may not be possible.
The service covers all installation costs.

DATA TRANSFER £30.00
This service will allow you to transfer all you family photographs, personal finances, work files, appointments and more from your existing PC to your new PC. At the same time I can provide you with a backup of all your files should you lose the data off your PC in the future. Check out the Data Backup service for more information.
PC SETUP & CONNECTION £75.00
Installing and connecting your new PC can take a long time. We can set up and connect your PC ensuring that your up and running and fully tested.
PC Set up & Connection service includes;
Unpack and check your new PC and other related gadgets you may have purchased.
Start-up of your PC and boot the operating system
Install drivers and software for your PC and printer.
Configure security including Windows Vista settings if appropriate.
We will give you a full demonstration.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION £30.00
If you have purchased some software for your PC and require it to be installed without having to wade through the instruction, We will install it for you.
UPGRADE INSTALLATION £50.00
If you have purchased some hardware for your PC and require it to be installed.
MOBILE PHONE/BLACKBERRY SETUP £30.00
Set up the software that is supplied with mobile to allow interaction with your PC.

SITE AUDITING £100.00
This is a complete audit of your the IT equipment that you have installed on site, including software installed and version numbers. The price quoted is for up to 40 pieces of IT equipment.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION £30.00
We will install any piece of software you require onto a PC, this service can save valuable time if your organisation does not have the support in place to have a software installed on tight deadlines. The price quoted is for one installation.
HARDWARE INSTALLATION £40.00
If you need additional memory, hard drives installed on to your system, this service can save valuable time if your organisation does not have the support in place to have a software installed on tight deadlines. The price quoted is for one installation.
ROLL OUTS £150.00
If your organisation is having a Hardware/Software roll out, and you require additional experience member on your team, I can be hired by the day. The price quoted is for a single day up to 7 hours day, and time beyond this will be charged at double time.
